Standard Freight Shipping

Best for clinics with maintenance staff or multiple people available to move equipment.

• Delivered on a pallet to your loading dock, garage, or curbside shipping location
• Customer is responsible for moving the equipment inside
• Customer unpacks and disposes of all packaging
• Equipment arrives fully protected for transport
• Most economical shipping option

White Glove Delivery

Recommended for most physician offices.

• Delivery appointment scheduled in advance
• Equipment carried inside your office by trained delivery personnel
• Placed in the exam room or location of your choice
• Unpacked and inspected with you
• All boxes, pallet, and packaging removed
• Ready for your staff to begin using (unless manufacturer installation is required)

Assembly, calibration, installation, and clinical training are not included unless specifically noted.

"Which should I choose?" 

Choose Standard Freight if:

• You have a loading dock or maintenance staff.
• You have multiple people available to move a 300-600 lb exam table.
• You're comfortable unpacking the shipment yourself.

Choose White Glove if:

• You're receiving equipment directly into a medical office.
• You want the equipment placed exactly where it will be used.
• You'd rather avoid moving heavy equipment or disposing of a large pallet and packaging.

Please Note: Prior to shipping, we will need to verify that doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairways are large enough to accommodate the equipment prior to delivery.  Additional charges may apply if delivery conditions differ from those provided at the time of purchase.

Return Policy for Customized Furniture and Equipment: Brewer tables are custom-designed furniture, built to the configuration and upholstery color you select. Because each table is made to order, specially ordered or custom-made products are non-cancellable once production has begun, and we are unable to accept returns on these items.

We take full responsibility for making sure your table arrives in brand-new, fully working condition. The team at Morningside Medical Equipment will do everything in our power to assist in a change request after the order has been processed, but we cannot guarantee this can be done.
