This is BeamMed's factory extended warranty for the Sunlight MiniOmni bone sonometer. Every MiniOmni kit ships with 12 months of manufacturer warranty coverage as standard. Adding an extended warranty carries that same factory coverage forward into a second year, or into a third year, on the MiniOmni main unit and the probes that came with your kit. Coverage is handled by BeamMed, so a repair or replacement goes through the manufacturer rather than a third-party service plan.
An extended warranty should be purchased no later than 30 days before your original warranty expires. Buying it with the kit is the simplest way to be sure the window is not missed.
Choosing your coverage
Pick the term you want, then the coverage that matches what you own. Coverage is priced by how much hardware it protects, which is why the Professional option costs more than the Basic Express option — it covers two probes rather than one.

Term: 2 years — extends factory coverage from month 12 through month 24.

Term: 3 years — extends factory coverage from month 24 through month 36. Priced higher than the second year because it sits later in the equipment's service life.

Basic Express Kit: for a Basic Express Kit, which ships with the MiniOmni main unit and the single CM probe for the radius.

Professional Kit: for a Professional Kit, which ships with the MiniOmni main unit plus both the CM probe for the radius and the CS probe for the third phalanx

Additional probe only : for a probe bought separately, on top of the probes that came with your kit. This option covers only that extra probe, so it is bought alongside one of the kit coverages, not instead of it.

Morningside Medical Equipment General Refund Policy: There is a 30-day Return Policy (from the date of delivery) for all supplies and products purchased through our online store. These items must be unopened, unused, and in the original manufacturer packaging. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted if used or damaged, or after the 30-day period. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded, and a 15%-20% restocking fee could be applied depending on the product.
