Refund/Return Policy

 

There is a 30-day Return Policy (from the date of delivery) for all supplies and products purchased through our online store. These items must be unopened, unused, and in the original manufacturer packaging.  No equipment or supplies will be accepted if used or damaged, or after the 30 day period.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.  Initial shipping charges will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee could be applied depending on the product. 

 

We do everything possible to get you the correct item, as quickly as possible. If the wrong item was delivered, Morningside Medical Equipment will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with getting you the correct item, and the return of the incorrect product.  

 

Diagnostic Equipment - Warranty / Refund / Return Policy

 

All diagnostic equipment is covered under the respective manufacturer-specific warranties.  In an effort to provide our customers with the best customer service possible, Morningside Medical Equipment will assist in diagnosing and replacing (if necessary) system components if and whenever possible during the warranty period.  We will still assist customers with diagnosing, repair and replacement after the warranty period, if and when possible, but additional fee's and costs could apply. 

 

Morningside Medical Equipment does not accept returns of any equipment or supplies once opened and used.   There is a 30 Day Return Policy on any Diagnostic Equipment that is completely unused, unopened and in the original manufacturer packaging.  However, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.  Do not return any products without first calling Customer Service to get a return approval: 800-675-1202.

 

All refunds will be credited back to the customer once the product has been returned and inspected. Morningside Medical Equipment works closely with all our manufacturers and suppliers in order to reduce and or eliminate restocking fees to the greatest extent possible.
