Any information provided from, or through print or digital marketing material, or through conversation with our team, is strictly for information purposes only and is in no way substitute for professional medical advice.  We are not medical providers, and any information we provide is only to aid physicians and medical organizations to better understand the equipment or services or supplies we provide.  No information provided by Morningside Medical Equipment, it's affiliates, it's team members, or it's digital or print material, should be taken as professional medical advice.  If you are a patient, always seek the medical opinion and advice and care of your primary care provider.  




Morningside Medical Equipment is a distributor of, what we consider, only the highest quality medical equipment and services.  We do not manufacture any equipment, supplies or products ourselves.  We do not sell any products, services or equipment on the guarantee of reimbursement from any insurances or other organizations.  It is up to the sole responsibility of each and every customer to verify appropriate coding, restrictions, guidelines, policies, Limited Coverage Determinations and any other local or national rules and regulations prior to billing for any equipment purchased through Morningside Medical Equipment. 


Any information provided by Morningside Medical Equipment regarding insurance reimbursement, CPT coding, ICD-10 diagnosis coding, or anything related to insurance, whether on or any other affiliated websites, email or print literature, or through any conversation, is strictly for information or education purposes only.

General Refund / Return Policy


There is a 30-day Return Policy (from the date of delivery) for all supplies and products purchased through our online store. These items must be unopened, unused, and in the original manufacturer packaging.  No equipment or supplies will be accepted if used or damaged, or after the 30 day period.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.  Initial shipping charges will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee could be applied depending on the product. 


We do everything possible to get you the correct item as quickly as possible. If the wrong item was delivered, Morningside Medical Equipment will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with getting you the correct item, and the return of the incorrect product.  

Diagnostic Equipment - Warranty / Refund / Return Policy


All diagnostic equipment is covered under the respective manufacturer-specific warranties.  In an effort to provide our customers with the best customer service possible, Morningside Medical Equipment will assist in diagnosing and replacing (if necessary) system components if and whenever possible during the warranty period.  We will still assist customers with diagnosing, repair, and replacement after the warranty period, if and when possible, but additional fees and costs could apply. 


Morningside Medical Equipment does not accept returns of any equipment or supplies once opened and used.   There is a 30 Day Return Policy on any Diagnostic Equipment that is completely unused, unopened, and in the original manufacturer packaging.  However, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee.  Do not return any products without first calling Customer Service to get a return approval: 800-675-1202.

Cancellation Fees - Credit Cards


If you cancel an order after your credit card has been charged, there is a 5% cancellation fee, due to transaction merchant fee costs.


Limitation of Liability

Morningside Medical Equipment, LLC shall not be liable for any accidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the supplies and equipment you purchased from us, or the performance of those products once received and used.



These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Morningside Medical Equipment, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination. 


All refunds will be credited back to the customer once the product has been returned and inspected. Morningside Medical Equipment works closely with all our manufacturers and suppliers in order to reduce and or eliminate restocking fees to the greatest extent possible.
