Autonomic Function Testing
Medical’s Autonomic Function equipment streamlines what is often a series of separate diagnostic tests into one fully-integrated, non-invasive, comprehensive assessment. Using integrated triple oximetry and blood pressure, as well as a 3-lead ECG, a dynamic evaluation of the Autonomic Nervous System can be performed in less than 10 minutes, or as long as 20 minutes with full TILT protocol, all with verbal cues.
The Standard software protocol has been upgraded exclusively for all Carrick Scholars to be able to assess beat-to-beat blood pressure, heart rate variability and continuous ECG assessment through a series of resting, deep breathing, valsalva and tilt / standing phases, as well as adding both a post-test resting phase, and a grip test.
